So XB1 was adjusted to 1m+ in the UK on VGC after the announcement from MCV but PS4 was only adjusted up to ~890k in Germany when it should've been at 1m (Oct 21)

still undertracked by 100K. PS4 reached 1 million there in 21st of octobor. ioi claims they are shipped and obviously treating them as such.
