Large Youtubers Hide Ownership of CSGO Lottery Site - NeoGAF

Popular Youtubers Tmartn and ProSyndicate, and Twitch streamer JoshOG are all co-owners of a CSGO lottery/betting/gambling site and have been making videos promoting their site without disclosing their ownership. Tmartn filed the company's charter document and is listed as president while ProSyndicate is listed as VP and JoshOG is listed as secretary. As owners they have access to influence the odds when they gamble to allow them to win for great reactions. Also their site targets individuals under the age of 18.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8fU2QG-lV0 I'm not apart of the CSGO community so as an outsider the gambling culture is odd to me and since it is digital items, then being sold for real money, a lot of sites have been skirting by regulations.

HonorTheTruth was the first person to call out Tmartn and others on this issue.  Alright. So a little bit of history lesson. Please bear with me as I present a few case of witnesses. 1. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/DuelSkins DuelSkins.com is "an online csgo gambling website, offering coinflip, roulette and a nice community." This site was quite popular but as of a few months it has been acting weird, being on and off abruptly. Folks have complained about losing their trades and all their items that they converted over. The admin of the site, WDeV, is stating it's just downtime, but clearly it's bigger. Folks have threatened to alert the police to get their stuff back, and as of now the site redirects to ************, a steam reseller thats actually banned here at GAF. The administrator of DuelSkin's Steam Community is named "CSGOLotto (3)". They're one and the same. Viewing WDev's Steam profile also shows this evidence that they're one and the same. Also operated as CSGOLotto.net (which also redirects to the banned keyselling website). They also operate CSGODices.com, another CS:GO Gambling website.

 

Youtuber PsiSyndicate (not ProSyndicate) admits that he was paid in csgo skin to make videos of rigged winnings on SteamLoto (a differentCSGO betting site); proving that the system can be rigged for certain individuals.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEQscWWI6Gw
