How does the dude saying "we wanted it to be a launch game but weren't ready" not support my argument that the game was delayed? And don't give me any of that "they hadn't announced a date so it couldn't be delayed"-crud, I'm fully counting internal delays in this. Or am I supposed to act as if NMS wasn't obviously delayed to take until mid 2016 to come out?

Yes, I think the Orders delay was even leaked by Shinobi too. R&C was also delayed, Until Dawn and TLG are obvious ones, GT Sport is rumoured to be delayed as well, Hot Shots Golf and The Tomorrow Children were originally supposed to be out by now as well, NMS obviously experienced internal delays, so did Rime before being dropped. I'm sure there's more.

Also I'm pissed about the constant "Give the devs all the time they need" comments you get with these delays, we're way past the point when it was fine to act as if this wasn't a problem, this shame is problematic and has to be fixed by Sony, in any other business they wouldn't be getting any clients anymore with this crud. I compiled a list of their delays of retail games this gen (no remasters because I think that'd be just like giving them free points), how can you look at this and think this is acceptable???

actually here is what i am predicting, its announced this E3 with a 2017 release, its supposed to be one of their big Holiday titles along side GoW4, then it gets delayed into 2017.

also, Sony should just come out and say whether this game is releasing this year or it got delayed, instead of keeping fans just waiting to know
