he used the world bedspring is all i can think. 

i forget where you live but us americans (especially the white, christian, republicans) are very squeamish about anything naughtiness. his previous statements were racist, sexist, violent, disrespectful, or outrageously a lie,... but at least it wasn't about naughtiness.
