It's actually pretty cool, although runs like a dead rock. My gtx970 could hardly hold 30fps at low settings in the city. I added my referral info to that sign up link since it nets both of us credits or something, I don't really know.

If your 970 couldn't handle it I'm not even going to bother. My GPU is the weak point of my rig right now. Looking into upgrading it next year.

It'd probably work ok for you. Graphics were unoptomised and a bottleneck was keeping things low.

I tried out ship piloting.

Man is that a steep learning curve, and doubly hard since I'm so used to Elite.
