but do you get the same xp?   ive noticed different attacks net you different values lol  using only r2 ive goten it a few k more per run lol  i think I like my new character that i think ill use it for the last few trophies as well.  Not sure how hard the final chalice boss is

Visceral attacks give the most xp from kills

Yeah you'll get as much as you get with the R2 attack. Found the video.

And no idea about the final chalice boss, I'm waiting until I have Bloodtinge at 40 (or maybe even 50) and my Evelyn possibly at +10 until I'll continue with the chalices.

Yeah but like I said, I'm NG+, they just throw Blood Echoes at you like crazy here. I have Vitality at 40, Endurance 35, Strength 10, Skill 50, Bloodtinge 31 or 32 and Arcane 29.

Btw. just legitimately finished the Eileen the Crow questline, the Hunter fight at the end of it was really cool, that dude was the first hunter that used visceral attacks on me, killed me a few times with them. But now I got the rune that speeds up stamina recovery, that's what I wanted.

mine is 12   where it started lol   when your going with a fast weapon over heavy, you really dont need it.  itll be the last stat i work on

I put exactly 1 point in it, and that was just to be able to try out the Scythe.

But that's one little problem I have with bloodborne, there's very few skill weapons, almost all weapons you find require you to put at least some points in strength, I'm especially sad that I can't try out the cannon, even though the strength requirement makes sense with that one.

Strength 10? You mad, son!

You need to see what your weapon scale... some fast weapons scale (increase damage/final attack) with skill... it is like each point on skill give you 5 points on attack... you need to look the letter for that weapon with the stat... S is the best scale... E the worst... the Holy Blade at +10 scale with strength S.

BTW after 50 in any status the increase become minimal... no difference at all.

I'm assuming most of us have by now beaten the campaign once, or are at least close to beating it. So what are you guys' wishes for the inevitable DLC?

I only ever played half of the Dark Sols DLC but that already showed me that From is really good at DLC as well, so we'll hopefully see something great for Bloodborne.
