Ok, weird fudgy bug that I hope ending and restarting the game is going to fix. I went to Central Yharnam to farm some blood vials, while there I spoke to the NPC that's behind the window next to the second lantern you find (not the one in the clinic), I was surprised that the dude apparently wasn't the same as before but didn't mind it at first, he gave me an item and told me to go east of the Great Cathedral to a small church.

Since that NPC changed I thought I might as well check the other NPCs, but no matter who I talked to, it was always the same dude that gave me the item and told me to find that church repeating the same line over and over. So I reloaded after the third house, after that I spoke to the NPC again and the line had changed, hoping that fixed it I checked a second house to be sure and there was the first line again.

To top all of this off I then fought a dog that was immortal, great...

Seriously hope a complete restart of the game will fix this.

Edit: Oh it fixed it, now there are 2 immortal dogs -.-

I'll try going to the hunters dream and then back to Central Yharnam.

I love the game, but I don't find it very frustrating.

where are the mothafreakin blood vials. I've spent all of mine and nobody seems to drop them
