What would you want in the next Elder Scrolls?

I kinda have weird feelings about Skyrim.  
I love it and enjoy it, but there's so much that the game needs to work on.  

What are some things you want in the next game/ or a game in a different franchise with the same idea of gaming?

Also I'd love if the game respected my time. Far too many things are needlessly slow and unskippable.

Would like to see an expansion on features, better AI.  Bigger cities, major cities should have more than 20/30 people.  Less bugs.  Bigger houses!

A (truly) new graphics engine. Not that old piece of crud they've been reusing since Morrowind.

no loading times (or atleast one or two between areas similar to the  witcher 3)
faster ways to move around the world. the horse in skyrim is just so slow
a huge number of monsters and beasts that i can fight.
better voice acting
longer main story

i was excluding fast travel. fast travel happens between certain points on the map, that you need to unlock first. but when exploring the world and discovering new locations i want to be able to move quickly.

I like the Daedra quests, and many of those main quests.  Would like to see a lot more of those.
