I will comment instead of do a translation.

It is pretty big news for us. The PS4 imported was launched here costing officially R$4000 (about US$1300) and now Sony Brasil is finally mounting the console via Flextronics at Zona Franca de Manaus.

The Brazilian made PS4 will be out in October, no price was announced yet.

Well the Gray Market sells the PS4 around R$1800 (~$500) and I don't believe the new price will be better but anything close to R$2000 is already half of the old price.
