hmmm so i grabbed some bounties.   2 of them are about chasing people down,  are they random or in a set location?  im heading to the cosmo.   will the ghost show me where do go or do i have to find it?

in summary,. the game has some odd choices with regard to how you level yourself up but the high level content is some of the most fun you'll ever have gaming.

Game is good but not quite great (several reasons, one being that it encourages you to replay the boring easy missions over and over again due to meager rewards for the harder ones) until you reach the epic raid
