3 of them are items that speed up advancements on particular types of weapons,  and the other is a clump of 5 heavy ammo refills for 1 coin

so in the story mode. other than doing story missions what other things are there to do? those little side missions are ok to do once in a while. but they are basically go from point A to point B.

story, strikes, explore.   heck there is a part of earth that i noticed i havent been sent to in any way, and i know the guys are of a decent level,  lol  maybe its part of one of the vanguard strikes.   i wanna check that place out later.    there are collectibles to find,  you gotta rank up your kills grimoire.  and earn vanguard rep.

then you also got the crucible

Crucible is awesome. played it in the beta and its amazing. but i wanna play as much with the story part as possible. so what are strikes exactly??

strikes are missions that have matchmaking to set you up on a fireteam of 3,  they will have a couple mini bosses followed with a final boss.   they have large xp rewards and you get a mission reward.  up at higher levels they are the way to get decent gear.   unless you just farm a shame ton of engrams lol

Strikes are 3 co-op boss battles... well it is a mission with a big boss at the end.
