"Sexually oriented" material is prohibited by our terms of service, and by my terms of service with the company hosting our server. There's a lot of grey area with what does and doesn't fall into that definition, but avatars need to be strictly moderated since they are displayed everywhere on the site. I'd have to go with a "no" for that particular image.
