Is it Worth Putting FF15 on XBO?

Seriously, if you know something I don't please tell me because I would love for it to come out this year. But everything that's been said about the game, the interviews, the game's scale, and lack of even a general release window isn't making a 2015 release look good.

I know nothing, but didn't we just get a demo even? How the heck would kh3 come out before ff15?

FF15 looks very likely to come out this year or early next year. 
I wouldn't really be surprised if we got release date information at E3.  Its a big game so it could be at either E3 or TGS. 

Kingdom Hearts on the other hand, next year earliest I think.

A demo that was rough around the edges. Clearly rushed out the door and tied to another product to help sell it. It wouldn't be the first time that a demo released long before the actual game did.

The thing is, FF15's original director was working on both FF15 and KH3. He was pulled off the FF15 project to focus on KH3. When he was pulled off, the project still had a long ways to go as said several times now by the current director. Every time he is asked about it we get the same general, "boy.. I dunno... it's still a long ways off" routine answer. The rumor of KH3 releasing this year is the most substantial rumor I've heard of either one releasing in the next 9 months. It wouldn't be terribly shocking for E3 to roll around, give us a bunch of information on KH3, and announce it releasing this year with more info being dropped over the months leading up to it. Regardless of KH3's status, even FF15 just doesn't feel ready. The demo was cool but it's clear they have a lot of work. I'm honestly expecting a Spring 2016 release. I really hope I'm wrong, though.

According to a friend of mine, not sure how reliable this is, one of the voice actors for the game claimed the game would be releasing this year. Not sure if there has been anything said to the contrary.

Thing is, when Nomura talked about the game last, he was saying he still hadn't chosen worlds yet.  He probably doesn't even have the story anywhere near finished.  Or much of anything.  So unless they rush the game out and make something terrible, there's no way they'll have it finished this year.  I mean, Final Fantasy XIII was finished in roughly a year and a half.  Not sure what you thought of the quality, but it was a far cry from any of the previous games.

Either we take these guys at face value for what they're saying and accept that both are a long ways away, neither releasing this year, or we don't and just accept that we really have no idea where they're at.

Oh I know the games aren't anywhere near complete.  That's what I was trying to get at.  Final Fantasy XV probably won't be making a 2015 release date.  They'd have to be pushing real hard to make a holiday release(Kinda like with Final Fantasy X), which I doubt they'll manage.  Kingdom Hearts will release the year later since, other than Eidos games, Square has no other title in development for consoles.  I doubt they'd want to release both in the same year and then have nothing for at least another 2 years.
