i did a rodeo on the way to yellowstone.

this kid that was probably 10 rode a bull.  the kid got flung off and the bull stomped on his head.   the kid stood up for half a second and than collapsed.  two men picked up his limp and obviously unconscious body and drug him off the field while the announcer declared how great of a showing this was and something about how jesus would be proud.

i don't feel like ever going to a rodeo again..

A calf was the only thing to get really hurt at my rodeo. Don't know if the neck snapped or if it just didn't want to move, but they trucked it out.

Your bull riders didn't wear helmets? Ours were fully protected, but this rodeo is for professionals. It's even broadcast on tv.

Turkish airlines is super cool.

By far the cheapest flight to Rome (sister's wedding is in Tuscany).

But the crazy thing is that I set up a 22 hour layover in Istanbul so I could visit a new country. And Turkish airlines will provide a "4 star" hotel for free. Might not actually be that great of a hotel, but still easily saving a few hundred bucks.

Hope this isn't too good to be true.

It's always a tad frustrating when you have issues with something and can't Google it.

Ben is playing Minecraft and for some reason the in-game option to delete mass worlds is missing. And I can't find anything about it through google. Found out you can delete through the save management on the system level.

Had a separate issue with a floor cleaner a few months ago, where it wouldn't turn off. And when googling basically all of the results were help with when it won't turn on.

So that was goofy.

Google has really gone down in quality from my experience.

Amazon is kind of frustrating.

I bought Doctor Who Seasons 1-4, two of the episodes won't rip.

Trying to get a new set, but for some reason Amazon doesn't offer an exchange for the same item. The exchange option gives you a bunch of different shows you can exchange it for. Which isn't super helpful.

How would only two episodes fail?

I feel like I need to give some context, overall I'd say that like 98% of discs work fine. 1% of the time I will try a disc in one drive like 5x and not work, but then it'll rip just fine with my other drive.

1% of the time, it still won't work.

The weirdest one was for one of the Star Wars 4ks. I couldn't get it to rip, except when I took the audio out.

Not uncommon for scratches to take out one specific episode. But sometimes there seems to be manufacturing issues where it won't rip even without any scratches.

Weirdly enough, I feel like manufacturing issues are more common than scratches causing issues with 4ks at least.

Got a replacement set for Doctor Who, new discs work good.

Gotta send back the other set.
