Had this dream that my sister was experimenting.  Had a party, and everyone got in pairs and got electrocuted.  Nonfatal, but the idea was that you'd get mentally swapped with your partner, for only a moment.  In the dream, I went upstairs, heard screams from one guy.

What do you guys do to get your sleeping pattern back to normal?  Currently staying up for 2 days so I can go to sleep early tonight and hopefully keep it like that.  

I keep getting stuck in limbo and it's too hard to fix it by going the opposite way..

If I need to go to sleep early I turn all my lights dim earlier then usual then come off all electronics really early. Then I read a book until I feel tired and go to bed. If I'm staying up later I just... don't fall asleep.

I jerk off. No seriously. I figure out what time I need to pass out to get my sleep schedule in order and I rub one out. But I don't use any material. Just my imagination. Makes it take a lot longer. It ends up feeling more like exercise.

If I'm dating someone at the time, I let them know in advance that I need to get laid to readjust my sleep schedule. They usually oblige.

Dim the lights, don't use bright screens (that includes your phone), don't study or work at least 1-2 hours before bed. What Raven said can help, too
