What do you guys do to get your sleeping pattern back to normal? Currently staying up for 2 days so I can go to sleep early tonight and hopefully keep it like that.If I need to go to sleep early I turn all my lights dim earlier then usual then come off all electronics really early. Then I read a book until I feel tired and go to bed. If I'm staying up later I just... don't fall asleep.
I keep getting stuck in limbo and it's too hard to fix it by going the opposite way..

I figure out what time I need to pass out to get my sleep schedule in order and I rub one out. But I don't use any material. Just my imagination. Makes it take a lot longer. It ends up feeling more like exercise.

Dim the lights, don't use bright screens (that includes your phone), don't study or work at least 1-2 hours before bed. What Raven said can help, tooYeah avoid blue lights.
