that would make sense wouldn't it.... However, that mentality never really made sense since it's been present since the beginning and ps4 has won 13/16 months.

Yes, the salt is real lol. I see salt in China sales even. China! Nobody expects it to sell gangbusters there but you can still see the worry and downplaying in some people

there was worry and downplay as xbox released too.  frankly it is just such an unknown.   now armed with the knowledge of how xbox did i feel confident in saying that ps4 will flop.  maybe not flop flop but like,.. this region isn't a gamechanger like some thought it could be.  i mean,. with over a billion people even a 1% attach rate would be 10 million consoles.  it's not hard to imagine it could be a big region despite all the things working against it.

the downplay came from the ridiculous upplay though. Remember the preorder sales discussion? Over 100k first week sell through according to ssome. And wasn't ms suppose to be expecting 5m a year there?
