Do indie games suck or is it just me?

There are exceptions such as Journey, The Unfinished Swan, and hopefully Vizioneck, but I find the vast majority of indies just suck.

Not really hyped for any upcoming ones, outside of knowing the devs. Hbu?

Yeah probably.

Whether because of a bad idea that is interesting on paper, or a good idea that is poorly executed or developers stretching themselves beyond what they reasonably can do or maybe not stretching far enough, who knows.

This is ironic... But there are definitely some good ones out there. most are probably bad though. Here's to hoping vizioneck is one of the good ones.
All aboard the hype train.

Yes, yes it is.

there are some great indie games out there, there are some okay indie games, and there are shame loads of poorly executed ones. its expected though, indie devs are small teams, low budget and have little to no experience.

There's a few golden gems out there.

Not that up to date with the most recent ones out there other than what I've heard about Vizioneck :o
