pretty big sales. 18.5 million by the end of the first year is pretty big. next year will be a lot bigger due to major first party titles hitting, more big third party games, and more next gen only games releasing, as well as a certain price cut happening.

I think Xbox One edged the monthly win for November but PS4 won BF and Cyber Monday so had the momentum going into December where it beat Xbox One enough for an overall win in the two months. There won't be much difference in holiday sales between the two though

That bundle cost £349.99, and was only first party games.. 349.99 is not the system's standard price, it's 329.99. Plus, the X1 was sold without games for only 279.99 more than once, and its bundles with games cost less than 349.99.

I don't know how it was in the UK, but here I got mine for 50 due to best buy deals, trade your Ps3 for 100 plus a 50 dollar coupon in top of the 50 dollar cut. They were giving the things away all month. It's the only reason they won novemeber here.

Best deals were all XBO in November, BF deals were X1+4 games for £299 and PS4+2 games for £299 but then X1 deals got worse and PS4 deals got better in December. I think they were being sold at pretty much the same price and value in December but PS4 won because it is the more wanted console. In December the best deals I saw was £299 + 2 free games for both, matching PS4's BF

Btw..this means that when MS said (in November NPD statement) they won November in the UK as well, it was only because of the first weeks of the month (Unity bundle + Halo MCC), with PS4 winning BF and CB... So, barring one possible weekly victory in early Dec for X1, PS4 has been on a winning streak there; possibly a 6 week streak.
