If you're still having trouble getting on you may have to do what I did which is unplug your router and/or modem, wait ten seconds, plug them back in, restart the PS4, and manually sign in to PSN.

it seemed like the store came back up last night as all the locked icons disappeared at some point. Had been watching netflix since it wasn't locked so my ps4 was on when it came back up

Done that and I still can't log in. My friend who lives out in the country can log in though...

Huh. Disconnect from the internet and it will work, as long as you have the primary PS4

That also didn't help ...

I'm playing offline untill everthing is back to normal, I'm not going to bother trying anything else since I've tried too many times and too many things.
I'll just make sure that I'll be having some offline games for next Christmas.

Change MTU from 1500 to 1473. Didn't work for me until I did that

I tried to change the MTU-setting from 1500 to 1473, 1490 and 1492 but none worked.

I've learned the past few days that I have to be more patient!
