Watched the Hellblade trailer. It looks pretty awesome. It'd be really cool to play something with ancient Celts instead of the Greeks.

Is Hell Blade made by a Sony first party dev and not someone like Ninja Theory ( or w/e the name of the company is) for Heavenly Sword?

I feel like this is a spinoff for Heavenly Sword at least in terms of title and the way the character looks like o.O.

I hope its better than Heavenly Sword.

Edit: It is developed by Ninja Theory, I wont have my hopes up.

Edit: WTF lol  - I just watched the trailer - the character looks like Nariko from HS and Trip from Enslaved lol - that is some obsession with the character design - as bad as Toriyama and his obsession with Lightning lol.

Anyways I'll take a look at this game - I hope the gameplay is better than HS but after DMC who knows, a lot of people took aim at DMC for its character design but the gameplay was fantastic from what I hear and its performance too.

@BasilZero Hell Blade is being made by Ninja Theory with funding by Sony.  Game is still going to be multiplatform, but for the time being it's exclusive.

hell blade is looking pretty sexy so far but we'll see how it holds up.  i didn't like heavenly sword all that much.

i'll probably wait for reviews but if it reviews well (enough) i'll pick it up.

It's an indie game so obviously they can't make it AAA with their limited resources but they said they're trying to make it pseudo AAA or something, but perhaps a bit shorter or smaller in scope.
