How is everyone doing? September 2026 Edition

Bleh I get in funks on the weekends every week lately. Waiting on a project to start and dumb clients take forever to get things moving so just keep waiting. Want to get my house build rolling but full time work just keeps eluding me. 

Keep debating on going back into real estate but the market seems primed for fudgy people over with the rates and buyers getting priced out. Looking into learning how to build home blueprints for people since it seems like building is sometimes cheaper than buying existing homes but are riskier.

Then sometimes I'm sometimes like fudge it I just need to get some other rando job just make some progress in my life.

Sounds like a hard choice. I'm cheering for you though, whatever path you take.

But I've seen a lot of people talk about getting itchy after shaving.  

But I've never really had that.

Itching no problem. All I would notice is how warm my chest was. Like after going years with a big beard and finally shaving, I could feel the heat coming off my chest.

And I get really bad ingrown hairs from shaving certain regions.
