Well now we are only 10 days away! Time to get a bit more hyped!


Any rumors about reveals? I want to go in blind of course but do we expect a dud or some fun new stuff?

maybe you've read something more specific that I have...

...i've read mostly a bunch of non-specific hype.  the kind of hype i hear ever year.  the kind of hype that disappoints me every year.

the only very specific thing i've heard is "Split Fiction is set to release on March 6, 2025".   that would tbh be pretty hype for me as it takes two and a way out were both pretty awesome.   still...  not the kind of title that would knock my socks off.

all in all there are announcements every year.   it's been a long time since TGA has anything all that spectacular to announce imo.  i just reviewed an article from last year:

lots of games getting release dates.   (i'm too lazy to check how many actually released on those dates vs got delayed but i'm going to guess at least a few were delayed).   the new game announcements were mostly smaller games or supposedly AAA games from new studios.   i looked up a few titles and not too many did well critically.   

to me this is the "wannabe" E3.   but all the best titles end up announced in a MS, Sony, Nintendo event.
