Cruise has had some rough months since they dragged a woman under one of their cars. Hopefully Whitten can turn things around.

A human driver hit the woman and launched her under the self driving car. The problem was that the self driving car started moving again for a short bit.

They were forced to suspend opperations. Most people expected the company to die since they had other issues too.
