Yeah totally disappointed. If you like japanese games, then maybe you're fine..but if you like western games, then it sucks dog.

so i watched it with my kid after dinner.    about 3/4 of the way though he looks at me and says:

"everything is so realistic and scary.   i don't like it."

he kind of liked concord.   he liked the marvel overwatch clone.   he really liked astrobot.   "it actually looks colorful and fun"


to be honest,.. my opinions are pretty in-line with my son's.   i'm pretty sick and tired of games who's color pallet ranges from black to dark brown.

The last full astrobot game was a vr exclusive so I just assumed this would be the same.

Sony should have never killed Knack.

2022 Sony needed better margins.

Im hoping Astro Bot is successful.

The Era thread for it is over 4x as big as the Astro's Playroom thread. So that's cool.

It felt a bit less magical than 3D mario, but it still looked great.

I'm hopeful that it does huge numbers and can be the birth of a new juggernaut.

Hopefully though this one does way better than gravity rush 2.
