The asteroid safely passed by a few hours ago. Very horrifying that if it hit Earth, it would have been ~500 times more powerful than the Tunguska event. It'd be equivalent to ~5 gigatons of TNT.

Hopefully some numbers got mixed up and it wasn't such a close call.
