Cauliflower sandwiches are actually pretty good

I tried the cauliflower sandwich at chickfila today and while I'd still prefer a regular chicken sandwich, it's actually pretty good. The cauliflower has a somewhat similar texture to chicken and with sauces has a great taste. If it was cheaper I'd definitely get it from time to time.

I legit like veggie burgers.  don't think they are interchangeable with meat... doesn't mean they aren't good.
