First off, HOLY MOLY, the forum has changed!!

Second, I'm starting my final year project, but I'll post more about that in this thread later on when I get more of the story/environment details concrete.  I'm super excited for it and I'm hopeful it will come out amazing.

Third, here is a quick image of something I'm modeling in my free time between summer class and working through my final project.  Not worrying about bad topology right now as I'm trying to do more complex modeling though my topo is still pretty good so far.  Will work on retopo later on as well.

Obviously still got some work, but it's about 2 hours of work so far. Maybe a bit more.

Oh, forgot to say it's the mackie building in milwaukee.

Cool STUFF!
Why did I choose it?

I mostly just thought the building looked cool.  Gives me an assassins creedy vibe so figured I'd go for it.  Plus it has lots of detail

For just 2 hours, that's quite good.

For sure. I'll probably just make this my "show my work" page. Got some other stuff like some quick foliage I've done as well. Also working on filling out my portfolio as quickly as possible just in case Playstation posts their fall internships.

Also here is the link to my portfolio.  e-art
it's still rough but I haven't added anything for a few weeks or so.

Another update on the building I'm working on.  Just about done with this side. Then I can just duplicate the pieces for the other sides of the building.
