I could only stomach the beginning... where it's clearly a cop movie.  They even had the manager dude yelling at Kung Fury to "Follow the rules".  Just like that Steven Segal movie.

Well I see it more of as an 80's satire in general. Kung fu, cops, dinosaurs, lasers etc. lol
