I'm going to split off quotes on the index and quotes as alerts. Quotes on the front page shouldn't be disablable.

Well, quotes are working at least some of the time!
Quote selected text is kinda funny.
If you mess around and just randomly highlight text, then click it, then it makes a quote box for every individual thing that you quoted.
