I'm talking about physical b/c - the true b/c.

Buying a "PS2 Classic" on PSN is re-buying a game that you already own thus its not really b/c - its the same as buying a port of a game on another system.

But I think it may be a improvement over PSNow or somewhat of an extension/expansion.

The PS4 OS is a tough turkey.

Home would be way less efficient, but so much nicer looking and feeling.

store UI sucks, its SO SLOW. the system OS on the other hand is something i like. easy to use and very fast.

Exactly.  The store is okay. 

I think the OS needs some functional fixes, but it's okay.
