Sombody on GAF said to me the last Chalices give you 300-400k bloods per run... he had level 205.
I'm not sure but I guess I got the Root from the layer 2 boss and the Central from the last boss (a fire dog).

Root Chalices are the randomized Chalizes, the Central Chalice is the next tier basically. I found a chart of all the Chalices on Reddit a couple days ago, I'll see if I can find it.

Edit: Found it. There's just one mistake on the thing as far as I know, you find the Hintertomb Chalice in a chest on the second layer of the Central Pthumeru Chalice.

Btw. some things in this game are so arbritrary that can't believe that people find them, for example: You have to do the "Make contact" gesture in front of the dropped mother brain, which btw is the scariest thing ever, for 30+ seconds to receive the strongest moon rune, how do you find something like that on your own?
