You need to have a certain item and then let one of the huge spiders that are now on all the walls grab you, it will take you there. (brings you to the 1st floor)

You can also get there after beating the boss in the area that I'm assuiming you are in right now: Yaha'gul. (2nd floor, where you can find the reason why I asked if you've been there

Yeah I just got to that area, but gone back to farm blood vials for a bit before I venture forward. Haha, well I look forward to this then!
