I've reached the blood starved beast and vicar amelia and tried them both twice but I got nowhere. Gonna have to grind up or just face them loads of times. Very hard

Just passed level 30 and +3 weapons. Stuck on 3rd and 4th boss

When did you start playing? I feel like I've been playing too much, am already level 54 and have 2 +6 weapons (Blade of Mercy ftw) and a +4 gun.

Btw. did you know that at the beginning of Old Yarnham there's one of those little dudes that runs away and disappears if you don't kill it fast enough? That thing drops 3 twin shards, which you can use to make a +4 weapon.

So I climbed to the top of the tower and the guy with a gatling gun rolled off and I couldn't reach his loot...

it may be to late now, but if you go back to that spot the next time you have the area reset, it could still be there lol i illed him and coudnt get it, and accidentlly fell off a ledge and died, when i went back for my echoes, the item he dropped has moved to right next to the gun

yea i did it my second try,  i really just ignored all the shame that kept spawning, and just ran aroudn looking for those bitchs.   the fire paper helps a crud load aswell.  Shes been the easiest for me so far

once you get to the cathedral wards,  blood shards are very common,  twin shards start to become more common after you kill the blood starved beast.  They are dropped by the werewolf type dudes, and the really tall guys

i thinnk its the 5th boss,  but i dont think there really is a proper order.  you can get to her without killing either the blood starved beast, or the vicar

About 2 days ago. I'd guess my play time is 10 hours ish, maybe less. Yeah I killed that thing and got 3 normal blood shards... I've had 2 twin shards for ages which is annoying. Where/when do you unlock blade of mercy?

the place i foudn the rifle spear was pretty tricky to figure out,  i had to jump off a ledge that i wasnt even sure was somehwere i could jump ll i was half expected to falll out of the level lol  im guesing there are a bunch of areas like this lol

Depends, you get the item that lets you buy them from the hunter that looks like a crow, you can apparently either finish her questline which I don't know how long it would take or let her get killed in the fight against the hunter that appears in Gascoigne's graveyard after (I think) you beat the blood starved beast, which is what I accidently did, and then collect the item from her corps. You can probably try killing her yourself as well.

The blades cost 40k blood echoes though. And her complete armor is another 52k.

does anyone know much about the chalices and setting up chalice dungeons?   I have a chalice, and some stuff for rituals, but not sure how it all works, and if there is a limit on how many i can have.  since there are a limited number of gravstones in the hunteres dream.
