Men's breasts look very different from man to man too. A man can have big bosom like women and women can have small bosom. Yet, no matter the size, women can't be topless but men can.
And you're right, women's breasts are there to feed babies. That's something we should all be thankful for and the women proud of. We shouldn't take away their freedom to be as they like.
