holy shame they need to fix the fudgy load times, its rediculous, you die so you get frustrated, then you have to sit there for 2 minutes before you can play again, and you almost break your controller waiting..

and fudge not being able to level until you beat the first boss, hes fudgy frustrating, i had him down to 10% and he jumps up and the screen moves to where i cant see myself, so i cant do anything and he 1 shots me. no chance to dodge, no second chance, no chance to strike back, no heal.. just done. now i have to spend 45 minutes getting molotovs again. I would love to be able to fudgy save first lol so i can just retry him.. doing him once an hour makes it impossible to really practice :S

the locking onto enemies is a piss off too.. its funky, im always clicking it on and off by accident cause its the stupid r3 button, and while locked on your movement is totally iced, so if you accidentally turn it on, your screwed. touchpad woulda been better choice

how do you level up without beating first boss?

nvm think i figured it out, talked to the doll lol i didnt have echoes at the time though.. atleast now i know so i can start farming and boosting my stats lol

i knew it took echo's, but wasnt sure how yet, and i had heard you had to beat the first boss lol which i guess is bs.. maybe you just need to activate him? lol makes things feel better

You need one Insight to open the level up... just to see (reach the area and die) the boss you got 1 Insight... if you kill it you will get more 3 I guess.

Yeah, plus there is another boss you can reach without beating Cyclic or whatever.

oooo good to know! ive already starting increasing stats. might just help myself to that a bit to make things easier and get used to everything. but atleast im putting echos to good use lol game is frustrating and addiccting lol

Played about an hour and a half, only managed to unlock the first shortcut, I'll try the first boss tonight when I get home.

Died too dang often on that big dude with the axe until I finally gave up on him.

yup molitovs do the trick, aslong as you have enough lol he can kill you pretty quick otherwise, even after leveling a little lol

is there a max level?

If it's like the other Souls games, then no.

Also I've been trying to defeat him using the stun special attack that you see in all the youtube videos, haven't been able to pull it off though, I'm either pressing the button too fast or I'm not close enough to the enemy not sure yet.

ive heard that it can only be done during a short time for each enemy. most that short time happens in a split second just as they are about to attack you, im still trying to get the hang of it lol i stunned the cleric once so far lol
