Was Elite: Dangerous confirmed for retail?

It's $60 so I'd be shocked if it wasn't. Have yet to see anything official.

As far as I know there isn't even a retail version for PC yet. If we're going with retail games we shouldn't list anything that isn't confirmed to be a retail title. At that point we start speculating on a lot of other digital games we think should get a retail release and then things get messy.

It's close between Wii and PS4 for me but since I only have a PS4 i'll choose that.
All aboard the hype train.

In this day and age, so many PC games never get retail versions.

Out of all the digital games, Elite is the only one that would realistically ever get a retail version. It's full priced $60, not $20 like most of the other titles.

Regardless of what we think is realistic, it's still not confirmed and is just speculation until then. If it gets announced then fine. Until then I don't think we should be listing games as retail when they're not currently retail.

Then should we also remove tearaway unfolded?
