I've been following the game and dev since it was announced. This will definitly give it some exposure, but it also brands it as "gaf's game." People who dislike gaf may be turned off.

I expect a lot of news articles will pop up saying "Echo free to GAF members." This is a marketing move, and Feep wants to stand out and get noticed. It's not just some little gift to gaf.
