First time ever it's let's me open a game only to find out its still installing.

What in the actual fudge. I watched a movie when it was 58 percent installed. Two hours later and it's just reached over 80.  I'll wait for reviews before I buy this gam,  it seems they didn't get the ps4 next gen memo about game installs.
