Well, Horizon started development in 2011 and is still ~1 year away. Though to be fair it's probably more ambitious than whatever QD's doing

The thing is Quantic Dream always struck me as a studio that works on one project at a time.

Wikipedia says they have 100 in staff
So yes that'd be correct. Not enough for two projects.
Maybe the other project was just in slow pre-development until B2S was out. Conceptual stages

MM has less than 50.

MM's games are...different. They are basically a non indie indie studio
SP has ~120 and only does one project at a time
ND and GG need +200 for two

I dont know where this is coming from, but i remember QD saying their ps4 game started in development since mid 2012.

I wouldnt be surprised if they are working on two new ps4 games now. They had a game in dev for ps4 when they were working on B2S so maybe after they shipped it the B2S team moved on to another PS4 game
