Why are people so fudgy stupid? A friend of mine just moved out of state for a guy she's known for less than a month. She claims she just loves him so much. The worst part? She took her little daughter with her. Mind you, she made no mention of this to her child's father who, from what I gather, is a good parent to her. Now she's acting like she has a right to be angry because her family disapproves of an obviously stupid move and has informed the child's father of the situation.

wait what? how is that even legal?    if my x did something like that it would be considered kidnapping.   we would need a new custody agreement for her to move and take the kids.

I'm pretty sure it is illegal. Hell, my mom is fighting for legal rights over her step son that she raised since he was born and her ex-husband is not even allowed to leave the city he's living in now until the situation is resolved. This girl is an idiot though. She falls head over heels for every guy who shows her a certain amount of attention. Then she acts shocked when she finds out the guy is a broad. Sadly, you can easily tell that these guys aren't any good. This isn't the first time she's ever done something like this. She moved a guy into her house with her daughter after not even knowing the guy for two months. Why would you EVER risk your child like that for a sucker you can't get enough of for some reason?

The courts are fudgy useless and won't do shame. My ex took my kid out of state three years ago and I filed a motion immediately. She hasn't shown up to a single court date (except for the very last one) and nothing has happened thus far.
