I've been in video production since my high school days - took 4 years of a class called Video Production (9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade) and Digital Graphics Animation (Flash, Adobe Photoshop/image ready, etc).

I was part of the Video News Team at my high school and did several different projects involving video production such as Claymation, animation, interviews, etc.

Anyways in terms of YouTube - if I remember right I made my first video back in 2009. But I didnt seriously get into video production on youtube until late 2010 but even then it was just a 1-2 time a weekly thing.

I became more serious in video making in 2011 and early 2012 where I now post videos daily.

Yep. I dont want to spend hundreds of dollars and ship my portable system to some guy who will "install" something on it so it would record it.
