i'll believe ahead but it jumped like 6 positions in ~5 hours.   seems too fast.  i mean i guess maybe due to GTA since it is launch day but still,.. that was a large jump.

I don't know but no scam was fullfiled by Amazon... so it didn't count to ranking if you read the Amazon's Policies.

any specific part?   part of me thinks they couldn't count because there weren't fullfilled but those denstiny bundles charts for months prior to their fullfillment.
