Yeah that is a bit too low. I think to stream @720P using the PS4 app you need 1.5-2GB upload speed. ATM I have somewhere around 2.5-3

When people search for littlebigplanet 3 they get taken to the second link, not the one you were in. Same thing happened yesterday with Advanced Warfare. I'm not sure if it's something with the PS4 app, but you might need to change some settings to make sure you're on the global streaming section and not just the US section.

Really. I don't think there's anything I can change. But even so I didn't get any viewers.
