This is probably one of the game's that'll be on my Christmas list. Looks fun, but I've never played it's prequels, so I don't know if I'd enjoy it.

The only FC game that plays remotely like 4 is 3 and they are not connected in any way, so no worries there.

seems like a decent meta, but can't really base your buying decisions on meta... Dead Island was a lot of fun for me and probably had a horrible meta review, but still one of my favorite games last gen
