If Sony wants to have a chance they have to have an insane GTAV bundle ready for BF.

They got a good bundle. But it's not the right price for black Friday. They need to lower by 50. As it stands the Xbox One is 70 dollars cheaper than the ps4 this black Friday. And that isn't good.

November and December will go to Xbox One in the US by a fair margin
Sony's US marketing campaigns are not well designed. "Greatness Awaits" probably makes more sense in Japanese or other langues where voice or tense can be implied... In US people ask what is it waiting for when really they are trying to say "Greatness is waiting FOR YOU"

yeah, these black friday deals just scream ps4 is going to lose.  i still think they'll have a good holiday but xbox is going to do exceptionally especially relative to where it was.  some of those sales will be lost ps4 sales.  some of those sales are going to haunt sony for the rest of the gen.   sony really iced this up,.. they really had a chance to put the generation to rest.  xbox is going to stay alive all because of this holiday.   plus vizioneck getting delay.  ps4 is doomed.

It's not too late. And I highly doubt they'll sell so.much that they take it back like I've seen a member of vgc suggest. But if Sony will react is another issue.

they won't entirely close that gap that sony built in a year in just one month but nov/dec sales are much higher than summer sales so ms could make a pretty big dent in that lead.  i dunno.  i just expected ps4 to at least be over xbox on amazon by now.  that means for 12 days now in november that xbox has been selling at least somewhat higher than ps4.   with the way those black friday deals are going i'm pretty sure xbox will win that week too.   in november xbox might have a 300k to 400k win over ps4.   that's pretty big and ms will trumpet that to the heavens to make them look like the "winner" in a way sony never took advantage of their wins month after month after month.

if there is one thing xbox is good at it is setting the perception they are winning even when they are losing.
