interesting... as long as I can turn off the desktop / bg live tile thing I wouldn't mind it being on the side... but on windows 8 everything seemed to be an ad for MS products when trying to play games or use multimedia

the bottom 2 pics Pi-guy posted looks much more promising.  i could probably deal with that.    ...now if only flash doesn't cause the OS to freeze up.   i'm tired of having to hard reboot my windows 8 every 45 minutes of use.
