The only game I see coming close to this is Far Cry 4/Sunset Overdrive.

Forza Horizon 2 has an 86 but lets be real here, racing games don't get GOTY. Also I have a feeling LBP3 will get good reviews and yet it still won't be in the running for GOTY, for some odd reason.
