The meltdowns with nintendo fans are ridiculous. Pig pen calls people dense (if I did that I'd be banned immediately) who says wii u is overtracked. Seriously, Wii u is selling like poop in Europe but it still takes a great amount to have all retailers in every country to have stock. I'd expect something like 200k Europe, 200k Us+Canada, 60k Japan (as provided by Nintendo) and still a good amount in the rest of the world. It's clearly overtracked by more than 100-200k in last quarter alone.

The way he's posting makes it seems like he's just confused or doesn't understand. I agree, WiiU sales are overtracked by over 300k at least.

honestly I'm surprised Nintendo isn't selling more than it is right now... I don't think MS and Sony are the really big competition here due to Nintendo's casual gaming market. Those that are more "hardcore" gamers will still get a WiiU if they like Nintendo Franchises along side whatever other console(s) they buy. I think smart phones and tablets are what is hurting the console sales of the WiiU more than anything else.

I think the updates will come faster (as predicted before) because the Xb One launched in more countries.

PS4 is having a fantastic first full year. As long as it has those PS legs it should beat the Wii

Takes too long again ... ioi is suppose to be on a holiday, but I think he's wanting to check his new "formula"/calculations before he uses them to predict the upcoming weeks.
He can't stand the criticism and doesn't want to be pointed at or laughed at anymore so he's probably trying some new things.

Thing is, his methods are probably right.  I think his base numbers to calculate stuff is off.

End of June is now 6.6m, it was 6.72m before. Recent weeks are also below X1
