Talk about your dreams!

Last night I had a weird dream that felt like I was in SAO or something similar...
I was travelling between dimensions / levels helping noobs not get pwned or something like that... then there was some sort of cataclysmic event that was about to occur so I was trying to get everyone to a safety zone or last zone. I don't remember all that was going on exactly I remember having special powers (cards I think) that made me more powerful or enabled me to easily go between the different dimensions and fight enemies. I don't specifically remember fighting anything though, just seeing / meeting other players and helping them out by giving them advice or teleporting them to other areas. At the end I met up with some other people who were like me (doing the same thing in regards to trying to prevent the incident / preparing others to deal it) and we had gotten trapped in a small area and had to use our powers together to teleport out of there.

You know what's weird is for my intro to game design class we had to create a design doc pitch for our dream game.  And mine was this alternate earth where humans developed a genetic trait to open portals into different universes.  And that there is a convergence of every universe that will result in a collapse and new big bang.  And it's a story driven, wide-linear(more so than TLOU) action adventure game where you have to activate ancient devices in every universe so that the devices will push itself and the universe away from the others and stopping the convergence.  Heavy focus on puzzles/exploration so you won't go around fighting many enemies. :-p

LOL!! Hope you liked it!?!?  And I know that's so freaking weird how it's so similar.  I started building up the idea 2 weeks ago.  Then you had the dream a week later, then I finished up my idea this last weekend.  And I never even read about your dream till today, like legit not lying.  THIS IS FREAKY!!

So I'm just playing with friends outside. It's like a puzzle game. Break things correctly to keep progressing. We're on this cool platformy like bit. Dark and spooky. My jumps aren't good enough at this one section so I keep failing.

Then back at my house I was talking to my uncle for a bit while the other people played. They decided to have a slrepover. I was much older than them so I'm all like no thank you. Like 14 vs 17 in the dream.

Next I was in this house with a new group of people. We had a baby trex captured. The mother comes bursting in to the room wanting her baby back. Suddenly a tornado is coming. Using a knife I try to make finger holds in the stove and a cabinet. The tornado is ripping everything out including some people and the t rex. I realised it was caused by the improper burial of some dude in the back yard. So we all run out and fix that.

The winds die down and his ghost appears. He's like the guy on the cover of battlefield games. He's just telling us all this stuff. I'm like "hey is it cool if I take your picture?" He responds "I don't know if it'll work but sure, go ahead." I whip out my smartphone and to my shock the camera is seeing him. Right as I press the button a stray football hits my head knocking my finger off the button. I quickly press it again but the ghost was gone.

So then I was exploring this more modern building. It had a cool pyschology museum. Then I got to their offices. This part is fuzzy but I became possessed.

I was out on the streets. I also had an older guy helping me out. I was both people and controlled them simultaniously. We went to a food kitchen. It was like a mix between Hogsmede and New Orleans. The younger possessed version of me got some soup. Then the lady from the office showd up. It was odd.


So this dream was much cooler. A planet had a war between humans and tree like creatures, so to end the war they froze in time the whole planet. Then they opened it up as a tour. We started near the main battle, but our moving platform quickly brought us up to space. We devided to get some food. I grabbed a syrup and fork, then walked over to the waffle lady. She had plane and chocolate covered waffles. I ask for choclete but she didn't react. She then gave a speil about how Im too old to cancel food orders like a child. That's great lady, but I didn't do that. I finally get my waffle. We eat them wall starring off at the planet. Then one of us got stuck in the elevator.

So I'm just exploring this orbiting platform. No walls or ceilings, just floor and some handrails here and there. Just really really cool. Words can't describe it. Like every step I took, the rotation of the platform would rwact accordingly. So the platform gets back down to the planet. No we are seeing the main battle up close. Just incredible.

The platform lands on a track and is speeding through the forest. A super large speed bump stops it right before the building. Now an employee asks if anyone is feeling different. Like for example they switched from right to left handed. Apparently there's some space thingies that can infect people. I'm all I'm good, so I fly over the rest of the speedbump into the building. I was having fun flying around, but apparantly humans can't do that. I was infected. Wooops!

To be fair most my dreams involve me leading people and solving problems that seem apocalyptic, sometimes there are enemies like ghosts/ghouls zombies demons though, or even just regular people as bad guys

I remember two short dreams this morning but they weren't interesting. My dreams seem to most of the time be filled with my "worries".

I dreamt I was a private detective. I would go around finding these people, and each one I found would have information that would lead me to the next. I was doing this to try and find a huge deposit of gold, big enough to start a gold rush. I needed to also warn the families I met, because another group was also trying to find the gold, and would torture and kill indiscriminately for it. I felt a deep sense sense of regret, because I had been forced to frame the murder of an Australian family I'd come to know on another man, detective Wdango, so that I could still try and warn more families and stay free. U remember I'd see the family at multiple stages of life, the husbands face I can't remember, but hire had a friendly voice and disposition. His wife was an actually real person, the actress who played the youngest sister in Downton Abbey. I remember I first saw her posing naked in her garden, like the Madonna, while her husband painted her. The trail grew cold, and a winter passed, upon which I returned and once again saw her naked and posed while pregnant in the garden. However this time she also had her child, a little red haired girl as well. She was running sounds the garden laughing and clapping her hands in joy. This tone I approached them, and after clothing herself I delivered my warning, and asked for the clue to the next family. We were all walking down their suburban street when I found a large chunk of fools gold in the gutter.I remember laughing with them.  Then i was reminiscing about them as I hid inside some old apartment I'd been able to find from the cold, on my search for the next person. I felt so much guilt for their murders, and also for framing an innocent man.

And that's about it. Sorry for any spelling errors, I typed this with autocorrect while still being nearly asleep. Gnight again all!

Woah my dream was all over the place. I can only really remember little fragmants of it, but it was deep.

Almost a nightmare at parts too. Like wow.

I was this magical flying entity. Like I bent matter to my will.

Then there was this second entity. It was different, and I couldn't understand it.


Also I had a dream I was living on the moon and the grey things from destiny kept attacking.

I had a weird mad max style dream last night..

I dreamt I was part of some sort of private police force that was monitoring an event at a large venue (a small stadium) and the private police were corrupt and turned on me so I had to run. I ended up getting caught up in a roof / attic area. When I looked around I saw "!!" on things denoting potential actions like I had some sort of cybernetic modifications to help me choose critical actions. It was weird though because the corrupt force I was fighting had the same ability (somehow I knew this) so in order to beat them I had to choose unexpected and unpredictable actions. For example in order to escape instead of using the (!!) points on walls to wall jump or brace my fall I jumped straight down using an enemy or some sort of object. Upon landing I surveyed the enemies and saw all the best possible moves, but then proceeded to throw a trash can (or other debris) at the enemies. After that I had knocked enough of them down to be able to get a couple of guns they had dropped (which were like paper jams cardboard guns kind of thing) Once I had 2 guns in my hand I used the (!!) marks to mop up the forces until they retreated in fear.

After all this I found out that the man who funded my team to help bring order also funded bullies to extort locals in outlying towns and is how he made his money. This of course set me on a path of revenge and recompense for being allied with such an evil man as well as being a pawn. However, I woke up at this point so who knows what would happen next!

I was hanging out with the guys from videogamer in a river. The guy from there with the beard had shaved it so I was the only one with a beard. As a result, this woman was petting my beard. We then went to get on a roller coaster. Due to the way the line worked, I luckily sat next to a different person.

This roller coaster was actually a go kart ride. We drove around doing our thing and we were both having a lot of fun. Then these statues came alive and we needed to destroy them. I was "whatever whatever, I do what I want" and I destroyed the statues with my magic and infinite power. Then I saw my friend and he was crying. I asked what was up and it sounded like he said his dad died while pushing me away. So my second friend goes to try to talk to him. Oh thank gosh he was upset about something stupid and his dad was fine. We all started laughing and he got happier. So then I was back with the women I was driving around with, and I was really going crazy with my infinite magic powers. A liquid had spilled on me, and I was telekinetically pulling each molecule out.

My dream was amazing. I was the spelling bee champion. I was also in China. I was also back at film school. I was also escaping from a bathroom. I was also telling nerds back in the 90s about the future.
