Are Vizio TVs good?

Legend

They aren't too bad.

What size are you looking at?

My one vizio is a 24inch. It's perfect for everything except VizionEck hahaha. Something or another causes colors to bleed over into adjacent areas. Nothing you'll notice regularly, but if you have a red and green strip right next to each other it makes it look like a red green red green strip.

I'm looking at a 48 inch.

For a screen of that size you'd probably want to invest in quality as well.

My 48 inch screen is a Sony. It's 5 years old and yet it still looks better than the TVs released today (except 4k ones hahaha).

Now are you wanting 3D?

600$ limit.
I don't want a projector though.  Not yet anyway.

My Sony is a bravia KDL - 46XBR6.

Check out best buy then. They have some decent tvs for that range, I'd go with a 1080 plasma if you can.

Nah bro, 46 inches is too small.
Though, I'm going to check Sony TVs.

This was the one I was originally looking at.
Has a solid rating and a good price.

Personally I'm just amazed at how far HD TV prices have dropped.
